Most computer technicians charge by the hour for on-site repairs. Depending on the computer issue, we may have to run certain scans that last hours. Sometimes we run them overnight. In order to keep our service fees reasonable we provide an off-site computer repair service. In our experience, troubleshooting PCs and isolating the issues often consume more time than the actual repair. Troubleshooting, at this time, is provided free of charge. Once the issue is located, we provide you with a repair quote. Should you decide not to proceed with repairs, we return your pc free of charge. Working on mutiple computers at the same time allow us to keep your repair cost reasonable rather than charging by the hour and remain idle at your house or office while the pc is running scans for an hour or more. We know that there are ways to identify which files have recently been opened on your computer. We DO NOT access customers files unless it is justifiably necessary to successfully repair your computer. We do not perform illegal procedures such as installing pirated softwares and the like.
