Most computer technicians charge by the hour for on-site repairs. Depending on the computer issue we may have to run certain scans that last hours. Often times we allow them to run overnight. In order to keep our service fees reasonable we provide an off-site computer repair service. In our experience, troubleshooting PCs and isolating the issues often consumes more time than the actual repair. Troubleshooting, at this time, is provided free of charge. Once the issue is located, we provide you with a repair quote. Should you decide not to proceed with repairs, we return your pc free of charge. Working on mutiple computers at the same time allow us to keep your repair cost reasonable rather than charging by the hour and remain idle at your house or office while the pc is running scans for an hour or more. We know that there are ways to identify which files have recently been opened on your computer. We DO NOT access customers files unless it is justifiable to provide repairs. We do not perform illegal procedures such as installing pirated softwares and the like.

This is supposed to be our lowest fee for repairs. However, some repairs are so simple that we find it fair to charge even less for those. All repairs are not created equal. Our service fees vary according to the type of necessary. Our fees are competitive and reasonable. To get an idea about

can be performed in 5 miutes or less. Other repairs may require 2 or 3 days. It may even take longer if the computer is an older one and the required parts are not easily located. When parts are not available locally placing an order may make the repair process take longer. The longer your computer remains on our bench, the longer it takes for our business to collect compensation for our services. We know your need your computer. We do everything possible to ensure that we do not prolong the inconvenience caused by not having your computer in your possession.

Most of our repairs can be completed by the next day as well.

You probably have seen advertisements or know someone who claim that they can repair your computers at much lower cost than ours. A pizza technician could be an inexperienced person experimenting on your pc without any kind of formal training. This person may not be reliable. Their business (if it is a business) may not be legal or traceable. We are a responsive, responsible, reliable, traceable, and legal business organization. We have good business ethics. We do not prey on clients based on their age, race, religion, financial status, or lack of computer knowledge. We provide receipts for our services. If conditions were similar (same computer, same issue etc..) unless we offered a discount to a particular client or have recently raised or reduced our prices, the service fee you pay for your repair should be similar to the next client's service fee. The invoices would attest to this. We do not charge you more because we think you can afford to pay more. We do right by you because we want repeat businesses and referrals from you. We also try our best to ensure that your referrals do NOT go back to you with complaints about our services.

Our basic fee is as low as $45 per computer issue.
